Any product information, taping examples, injury guidance, blog content, website content or social media content we provide is for general information only. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice from a qualified medical professional, physiotherapist, sports therapist or other appropriate practitioner.

You should seek professional advice before using sports tape or strapping if:

a. you are injured;
b. you are unsure how to apply the product;
c. you have sensitive skin or allergies;
d. you have circulation issues;
e. you experience pain, irritation, swelling, numbness or discomfort; or
f. you are using the product following surgery or medical treatment.

Stop using the product immediately if you experience irritation, discomfort, an allergic reaction or any unusual symptoms.

TapedUp Sports Ltd is not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by incorrect application, misuse, over-tight taping, use against instructions, or continued use after irritation or discomfort occurs.

6. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

Your order is only accepted once we confirm acceptance by email or dispatch the products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

a. a product is unavailable;
b. there is an error in the price or product description;
c. we are unable to take payment;
d. delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
e. we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
f. we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

7. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

If we are VAT registered, prices will include VAT where applicable. If we are not VAT registered, VAT will not be charged.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

8. Discount codes and promotions

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, subscriptions, bundles or promotional pricing.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms, including expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions or customer eligibility.

We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or refuse a promotion if we reasonably believe it is being misused or applied incorrectly.

Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

9. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timescales shown on our website or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless we clearly state otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, extreme weather, strikes, customs issues or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Risk in the products passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.

10. Local delivery or collection

Where local delivery, drop-off or collection is offered, availability may depend on location, order value, stock levels and our operating schedule.

Any local delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed separately.

If you do not collect an order or are unavailable for an agreed local delivery, we may contact you to rearrange. Additional delivery charges may apply where repeated delivery attempts are required.

11. Returns, cancellations and refunds

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

Please include your order number, name and reason for return.

Returned items must be:

a. unused;
b. unopened where hygiene or product integrity may be affected;
c. in their original packaging where possible; and

Because our products include tape, strapping and items applied to the body, we may be unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process any refund due using the original payment method.

We may reduce a refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

b. a description of the issue; and
c. photographs where helpful.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or exchange.

Any bespoke club pricing, subscription agreement, recurring order or bulk supply arrangement may be subject to separate written terms agreed between you and TapedUp Sports Ltd.

Products purchased through club, team or bulk arrangements must not be resold unless we have agreed this in writing.

All content on our website, including our logo, branding, product images, graphics, text, videos, layout, designs and written content, belongs to TapedUp Sports Ltd or is used by us with permission.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or exploit any part of our website or branding without our prior written consent.

The name “TapedUp Sports”, the TapedUp logo, our tagline and our brand assets must not be used without permission.

b. you have the right to share it;
c. it does not infringe another person’s rights;

Sales made through our website are made directly between you and TapedUp Sports Ltd. Shopify provides ecommerce technology but is not responsible for the products you purchase from us.

This may include courier disruption, supplier delays, extreme weather, fire, flood, strikes, transport issues, technical failures, cyber incidents, changes in law or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
