Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for subscription orders, recurring orders, club/team supply arrangements, pre-orders, bundles and other purchase options offered by TapedUp Sports Ltd.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to purchase options offered by TapedUp Sports Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • subscription orders;

  • recurring product deliveries;

  • “subscribe and save” offers;

  • club, team or therapist supply arrangements;

  • monthly tape or strapping orders;

  • pre-orders;

  • bundle orders;

  • bulk orders; and

  • any other repeat or scheduled purchase options shown on our website or agreed with us directly.

3. One-off orders

For standard one-off orders, you may contact us to request a cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or handed to a delivery provider, we may not be able to cancel it.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to return it in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Subscription and recurring orders

Where you choose a subscription, recurring order or regular delivery option, you authorise TapedUp Sports Ltd, or our payment provider, to take repeat payments from your chosen payment method at the frequency shown when you sign up.

Before you subscribe, we will aim to make clear:

  • what products are included;

  • the price;

  • the delivery frequency;

  • the payment frequency;

  • any minimum term, if applicable;

  • how to amend or cancel;

  • whether delivery charges apply; and

  • any specific offer or discount terms.

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address, billing details and payment information remain accurate and up to date.

5. How to cancel a subscription

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you can cancel your subscription by contacting us at:

Please include:

  • your full name;

  • order number, if available;

  • subscription details;

  • delivery postcode; and

  • the email address used to place the order.

We will not require you to call a premium-rate number or follow an unnecessarily difficult cancellation process.

6. Cancellation deadline for upcoming subscription orders

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled subscription order, please contact us at least: 5 working days prior to next payment date.

If you request cancellation after a payment has already been taken or after the next order has been processed, packed or dispatched, that order may still be completed.

In that case, your cancellation will apply to future subscription orders.

7. Refunds for subscription orders

If a subscription order has already been dispatched, it will be treated in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, returned items must be unused, unopened and in a resaleable condition.

Because our products include tape, strapping, bandages and products applied to the body, we may be unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Where a refund is due, it will usually be made to the original payment method.

8. Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You then usually have another 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Some products may not be returnable once opened or used where hygiene, safety or product integrity is affected, unless they are faulty.

9. Free trials, introductory offers and discounts

Where we offer a free trial, introductory price, discounted first order or promotional subscription offer, the terms of that offer will be shown before you sign up.

This may include:

  • the length of the trial or introductory period;

  • the price after the trial or offer ends;

  • when payments will be taken;

  • how to cancel;

  • any minimum order requirement; and

  • any product or customer restrictions.

If a subscription continues after an introductory period, the standard subscription price will apply unless stated otherwise.

10. Amending a subscription

You may contact us to request changes to your subscription, including:

  • changing products;

  • changing quantities;

  • changing delivery frequency;

  • updating your delivery address;

  • pausing a subscription;

  • restarting a subscription; or

  • changing payment details.

We will do our best to help, but changes may not apply to an order that has already been processed, packed or dispatched.

11. Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may contact you or automatically retry payment using the payment method provided.

If payment remains unsuccessful, we may pause, cancel or delay your subscription order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by failed payments, expired cards or incorrect billing details.

12. Club, team and bulk supply arrangements

Club, team, therapist, subscription and bulk supply arrangements may be agreed separately between you and TapedUp Sports Ltd.

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement may set out specific terms including:

  • order frequency;

  • minimum order quantities;

  • pricing;

  • delivery arrangements;

  • payment terms;

  • cancellation notice periods;

  • product changes; and

  • agreed discounts.

If no separate written cancellation terms have been agreed, this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy will apply.

13. Pre-orders

Where we offer pre-orders, the estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe will be shown on the product page or confirmed separately where possible.

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been processed or dispatched.

If a pre-order is delayed, unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, replacement, alternative product or revised delivery timeframe.

14. Bundles and multi-buy offers

Where you buy a bundle, pack or multi-buy offer, the cancellation and return terms apply to the full bundle unless we agree otherwise.

If only part of a bundle is returned, we may adjust any refund to reflect the standard price of the items you keep and any discount that no longer applies.

Returned bundle items must be unused, unopened and in a resaleable condition unless faulty.

15. Changes to purchase options

We may update, pause, withdraw or amend purchase options, subscriptions, discounts or recurring order offers from time to time.

Where a change affects an active subscription or recurring arrangement, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

Changes will not affect your statutory rights.
